Refund Policy

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different item, you may do so within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchanged item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, we will ship the new item to you.

Non-Refundable and Final Sale Items

Please note that certain items are non-refundable and considered final sale. These include personalized or engraved items, as well as earrings for hygiene reasons. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these items, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
